Arrivals in Chicago (O'Hare or Midway). Please take a cab to the Pendry Chicago hotel for check-in.

~ All attendees will arrive on Sunday, June 8, and depart on Tuesday, June 10, unless Executive Management approved your departure for Wednesday, June 12, due to a customer meeting ~

WI-FI:

Please note that a small section of the Fulton Market Showroom will have Wi-Fi access, designated specifically for customer capture and check-in at the entrance. Wi-Fi will not be available throughout the rest of the space, so we recommend planning to use your phone's hotspot for any digital communications or file transfers during your time onsite.

Dress Code:

Please take into consideration that NeoCon is attended by Architects and Designers that are on the cutting edge of style trends; therefore, your personal style choices that you feel the most confident wearing is highly encouraged. Do check the weather forecast and plan accordingly.

Travel & Expenses:

Please note that the Travel and Expense policy MUST be followed during NeoCon. If you are NOT entertaining customers for dinner your individual dinner budget must not exceed $50. As a reminder, all expenses submitted during NeoCon will be reviewed by your RVP and/or Management prior to payment. You will not expense your meals, transportation, etc. to NeoCon, rather expense as normal meals, transportation, etc., and add NeoCon to your comments and be sure to list the names/company names of guests that you entertain.

Breakfast & Lunch:

Breakfast: Light breakfast items will be available for AEs, showroom staff and guests.

Lunch: A limited quantity of lunch boxes will be available for AEs and showroom staff who are working in the showroom Monday and Tuesday starting at 11 am.

Afternoon: Refreshments & drinks will be available for Showroom Guests.

Conference Room Booking:

To reserve a conference room at the Kinzie St. Showroom for client meetings, please contact clark.grubbs@bentleymills.com.
Note: The Fulton Market Popup will offer open, showroom floor tables for informal meetings only.

Bentley Branded Name Badges:

Marketing has created Bentley branded name badges for each associate. These will be distributed to attendees during orientation on Sunday.

NeoCon Registration:

NeoCon registration is free. If you would like to register for the show, please do so HERE

Marketing Project Hold Dates: May 27 – June 13

During this time, both the Marketing and Product teams will be focused on event preparation and travel. While new project requests will be noted, asset delivery will resume post-event.
Note: Marketing will be onsite in Chicago June 4 – 11.
